Международный кодекс по управлению безопасностью, Международный кодекс управления безопасностью, МКУБ (международный кодекс, устанавливающий стандарты в отношении безопасной эксплуатации судов и предотвращения загрязнения окружающей среды; принят в 1993 г. Международной морской ассоциацией; положениям кодекса придан обязательный характер путем включения его в Международную конвенцию по охране человеческой жизни на море от 1974 г.; соответствие требованиям кодекса является необходимым условием при страховании корпусов судов и ответственности судовладельцев)
